  I am currently sitting here. I have never eaten at a Chilli's before and this first experience makes me want to never eat at one again. After sitting for 10 mins with not so much as a glance in our direction, we finally ask someone to get our drinks and ask who our server is. . . This person has no idea who our server is. The Mgr has no idea who are server is or what the drink specials are. And when we finally got our appetizers WE had to ASK for NAPKINS AND REFILLS!! I decided to wait until the whole experience was over to hit the post button. . . . Me and my best friend were here for over an just so ya know.

  Last night I went with a friend of mine around 7:30pm. It was a very slow Monday. We were seated almost immediately and were told our server would be with us momentarily. Shortly after, the host came by and took our drink order, then later our meal order. We still don't know who our server was. Then we waited for 20 minutes for our dessert order that we had to submit twice with two different people. Very slow service and there was trash on the floor. We were probably one of less than 10 tables in the entire restaurant. We would have left, but the dessert had already been charged to us. Nobody acknowledged us after we paid and left.

  Food is pretty much always good. Service is consistent. Eaten here 15-20 times. A few times wasn't a 5 star so thus the 4. But no real complaints. Well run location.

  A standard Chili's. Food is decent as well as staff. Chain has no "wow" factor but that's just because it's an old chain restaurant brand. Decent pricing.
